Study with FirstPassPA on the annual plan, put in the work, and if you don't pass the PANCE, we'll extend your access free until you retake — or give your money back. Your choice.

Who's eligible

The Pass Guarantee is available to members on the annual plan who purchased before sitting for their exam. (It isn't offered on the monthly plan or during the free trial.)

What qualifies a claim

To keep the guarantee meaningful, we ask for proof of real preparation and a real result:

You studied. You completed at least 50% of the PANCE question bank (the ~4,000 PANCE questions — EOR rotation banks aren't counted) by your exam date. We verify this from your account automatically.
It was your first attempt. The guarantee covers your first attempt at the PANCE, taken after you purchased the annual plan.
You didn't pass. You provide your official NCCPA score report showing a non-passing result.
You claim within 60 days of your official score release.
One-time. The guarantee may be redeemed once per member.

What you get

When your claim is approved, you choose:

Free extension — we extend your full access at no charge for six (6) months so you can prepare for your retake, or
Refund — a full refund of what you paid for your current annual subscription, to your original payment method.

The fine print. The Pass Guarantee is a limited, conditional refund-or-extension remedy — it is not a promise or guarantee that you will pass. "Passing" and "not passing" are determined solely by your official NCCPA score report. The 50%-of-PANCE-questions completion, first-attempt, 60-day-window, and once-per-member conditions all apply. The extension covers standard Platform access only and doesn't include any add-on purchased separately. FirstPassPA is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NCCPA or PAEA. We may update these terms for future purchasers; the terms in effect at your time of purchase govern your guarantee. This guarantee is offered by FirstPassPA LLC (a Michigan limited liability company) and is subject to and in addition to our Terms of Service, including its Michigan governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
