Does adopting FirstPassPA involve our accreditor?
No. ARC-PA does not vet or approve study tools, so adopting a question bank is not an accreditation event. The portal's remediation notes and exports are designed to support your own self-study documentation.
How does billing work for institutions?
One annual invoice for the seats you purchase, net-30, with PO numbers supported. We accept check and ACH — no consumer checkout, no per-student credit cards.
What do faculty see about each student?
Engagement (last active, weekly question volume) and performance (accuracy trends and organ-system blueprint breakdown), plus tiered at-risk flags with the reasons stated. Faculty visibility is a condition of the program license, and students are notified when their seat is activated.
How do students get access?

What happens when the license ends?
Program access and faculty visibility end with the license term. Students keep their accounts and personal study history, and can continue individually if they choose. Licenses renew by agreement — never auto-renewal.
